SHIPPING - 

We currently ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

If you need your order shipped on a specific date, feel free to contact us for support or leave a note within your order. Thank you!

Live Arrival Gurantee is provided on all 1-day priority express shipments.

In case of dead on arrival : Pictures and a video of the dead specimen will be needed within 3 hours of receiving your package. DEAD SPECIMEN MUST BE CUT IN HALF  OTHERWISE NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS will be given UNTIL provided evidence of dead specimen. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES/DELAYED PACKAGES BY FEDEX (I.E. Delivered to the wrong address)
